Amman, Jordan – Umniah by Beyon, Jordan’s Best Mobile Network¹, has strengthened its executive leadership with the appointment of Ali Al Kharabsheh as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 July 2026. The appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to strengthening its financial leadership, enhancing corporate governance, advancing operational excellence, and supporting its long-term growth ambitions.

With more than 20 years of experience at Umniah, Al Kharabsheh has been part of the company’s growth and strategic evolution, contributing to its evolution as Umniah by Beyon. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, treasury management, and financial digital transformation, while helping strengthen the company’s financial capabilities and operational excellence.

As Chief Financial Officer, Al Kharabsheh will lead Umniah’s financial strategy, oversee the company’s financial performance, strengthen its governance framework, and further enhance the management of financial resources in support of the company’s long-term growth and sustainable value creation.

Throughout his career at Umniah, Al Kharabsheh has held several senior leadership positions, most recently serving as Financial Controller. Among his most notable achievements are leading the implementation of the Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, cost optimization programs, and the introduction of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across financial operations, significantly improving operational efficiency while advancing the company’s financial digital transformation.

Al Kharabsheh holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Jordan and has successfully completed the Succeeding as a Strategic CFO executive education program at Harvard Business School.
