توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين صندوق استثمار أموال الضمان الاجتماعي وشركة الصندوق السعودي الأردني للاستثمار لاستكشاف الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة

عمان – وقّع صندوق استثمار أموال الضمان الاجتماعي وشركة الصندوق السعودي الأردني للاستثمار، المملوكة بالكامل للشركة السعودية الأردنية للاستثمار، مذكرة تفاهم تهدف إلى استكشاف وتهيئة الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

شهد توقيع مذكرة التفاهم وزير العمل/ رئيس مجلس إدارة المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي الدكتور خالد البكار، ورئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة السعودية الأردنية للاستثمار متعب الشثري، ورئيس مجلس استثمار أموال الضمان الاجتماعي عمر ملحس، ووقع المذكرة رئيس صندوق استثمار أموال الضمان الاجتماعي الدكتور عز الدين كناكريه، والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة الصندوق السعودي الأردني للاستثمار فادي السعيد.

وتمثل مذكرة التفاهم غير الملزمة، إطاراً عملياً بين مؤسستين استثماريتين رائدتين لتبادل الخبرات الفنية والاستثمارية، وتسريع دراسة وتحديد الفرص الاستثمارية في القطاعات الحيوية ذات الأولوية، بما يسهل تحويلها إلى مشاريع أكثر جاهزية للتطوير والتمويل، وفي تعزيز استقطاب الاستثمارات النوعية طويلة الأجل والشراكات الفعالة وتحسين توظيف رؤوس الأموال نحو القطاعات المستهدفة، مما يحفز النشاط القطاعي ويعزز النمو الاقتصادي المستدام.

وفي تعليق له على مذكرة التفاهم، قال رئيس صندوق استثمار أموال الضمان الاجتماعي الدكتور عز الدين كناكريه: “هذه المذكرة تأتي ضمن رؤية مؤسسية شمولية للصندوق تهدف إلى تعزيز كفاءة توظيف استثماراته في فرص مجدية ذات بعد استراتيجي محليا وإقليميا، وتمكينه من المشاركة في مشاريع كبرى بالشراكة مع مؤسسات استثمارية ذات حضور فاعل وخبرات متخصصة. بما يسهم في تحقيق الأهداف المشتركة للصندوق وشركة الصندوق السعودي الأردني للاستثمار، ودعم مسارات النمو في الاقتصادات العربية.”

ومن جانبه، قال الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة الصندوق السعودي الأردني للاستثمار، فادي السعيد: “تعكس المذكرة نهجنا في توجيه الاستثمارات نحو فرص واعدة تعزز النمو الاقتصادي عبر شراكات مؤسسية طويلة الأجل، تسرع تطوير المشاريع الاستثمارية الاستراتيجية ضمن القطاعات الحيوية، متطلعين عبرها إلى تعزيز دورنا في تمكين الاستثمارات النوعية، وتوسيع حضورنا عبر محفظة تستهدف مجالات البنية التحتية والرعاية الصحية والتكنولوجيا والسياحة، إلى جانب تعزيز استثمارات النمو في الشركات الأردنية الواعدة، بما ينسجم مع استراتيجية الشركة السعودية الأردنية للاستثمار، الهادفة إلى استكشاف فرص السوق الأردنية، وبناء شراكات مستدامة تحقق طويلة الأجل.”

ويأتي هذا التعاون في ظل الدور المحوري الذي يؤديه صندوق استثمار أموال الضمان الاجتماعي كأكبر مستثمر مؤسسي في الاقتصاد الأردني، عبر نهج مسؤول ومتوازن يركز على تحقيق العوائد المستدامة من خلال محفظة متنوعة تغطي معظم القطاعات الحيوية، وشراكات محلية وإقليمية ودولية، بالإضافة إلى المساهمة في دعم النمو الاقتصادي.

وتستثمر الشركة السعودية الأردنية للاستثمار في عدة قطاعات رئيسية في السوق الأردنية؛ بما في ذلك الاستثمار في مجموعة بنك المال الأردني، ومخابز اليوم، وشركة السوق المفتوح، إلى جانب الاستثمار في تنفيذ مشروع المملكة للرعاية الصحية والتعليم الطبي، المؤلف من جامعة المملكة للعلوم الطبية ومستشفى المملكة الجامعي، والمرتقب افتتاحه في أواخر العام 2027، فضلاً عن قيادة اتفاقيات لدراسة جدوى عدة مشاريع في قطاعات استراتيجية.

Jordanian, Saudi Investment Funds Explore Strategic Opportunities Across Key Sectors

The Social Security Investment Fund (SSIF) and the Saudi Jordanian Investment Fund (SJIF) signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at accelerating investment cooperation and identifying strategic opportunities across priority sectors in Jordan.

The agreement reflects growing efforts to expand long-term institutional investment partnerships and channel capital toward infrastructure, healthcare, technology and tourism projects.

The signing ceremony was attended by Labor Minister and Chairman of the Social Security Corporation Khaled Al-Bakkar, Chairman of the Saudi Jordanian Investment Company Mutaib Al-Shathri and Chairman of the Social Security Investment Board Omar Malhas.

The memorandum was signed by Chief Executive of the Social Security Investment Fund Dr Izzedine Kanakrieh, and Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Jordanian Investment Fund Fadi Al-Saeed.

According to a statement issued Wednesday, the memorandum establishes a framework for cooperation between the two investment institutions through the exchange of technical and investment expertise and the acceleration of studies related to high-priority investment opportunities.

The agreement is also intended to support the attraction of long-term investment flows, strengthen institutional partnerships and improve capital allocation toward targeted sectors to support sustainable economic growth.

Kanakrieh said the memorandum aligns with the fund’s broader strategy of enhancing investment efficiency through participation in strategically significant projects alongside regional investment institutions with specialized expertise and strong market presence.

He added that the partnership supports shared development objectives and contributes to strengthening growth opportunities across Arab economies.

For his part, Al-Saeed said the agreement reflects the company’s strategy of directing investments toward high-potential projects through long-term institutional partnerships capable of accelerating the development of strategic investments.

He added that the company aims to further expand its investment portfolio in infrastructure, healthcare, tourism and technology while increasing growth investments in promising Jordanian companies.

According to the statement, the Social Security Investment Fund remains the largest institutional investor in the Jordanian economy through a diversified portfolio spanning major economic sectors and regional and international partnerships.

The statement added that the Saudi Jordanian Investment Company currently holds investments in several sectors within the Jordanian market, including Jordan Capital Bank Group, Today’s Bakery and OpenSooq.

Its investments also include the Kingdom Healthcare and Medical Education project, which comprises Kingdom University for Medical Sciences and the Kingdom University Hospital, expected to open in late 2027, in addition to feasibility studies for several strategic projects.
