منصّة زين تواصل دعمها لمركز قنطرة لتنمية الموارد البشرية في معان للعام الخامس على التوالي

معان، 13 آيار 2026: بهدف تطوير مهارات الشباب في محافظات الجنوب، وتمكينهم في أهم مجالات التكنولوجيا والإبداع والابتكار؛ واصلت شركة زين الأردن ومن خلال منصّتها للإبداع (ZINC)، دعمها لمركز قنطرة لتنمية الموارد البشرية في محافظة معان، للعام الخامس على التوالي.

وأسهمت هذه الشراكة منذ انطلاقها في تنفيذ 58 برنامجاً وفعالية تدريبية متخصصة، استفاد منها أكثر من 1200 شاب وشابة من محافظة معان ومختلف محافظات الجنوب، ضمن جهود الطرفين لبناء قدرات الشباب، وتحفيزهم نحو الريادة والإبداع، وتعزيز مشاركتهم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وتنمية مهاراتهم في أهم مجالات التكنولوجيا وريادة الأعمال.

وقدّمت منصة زين للإبداع (ZINC) بموجب هذه الشراكة مختلف أشكال الدعم لتعزيز جهود المركز في تنفيذ برامج وأنشطة نوعية استهدفت الشباب في محافظات الجنوب، وشملت مجالات متعددة أبرزها تصميم وبرمجة الروبوتات، والتصميم الجرافيكي، والرسم، وأنظمة الأردوينو الذكية، والتصوير الفوتوغرافي، إلى جانب العديد من المجالات التقنية والإبداعية الأخرى، بما يسهم في تنمية مهارات الشباب وتأهيلهم لسوق العمل.

كما ساهم هذا الدعم في استدامة مساحة القنطرة للإبداع التي تستقبل الشباب بشكل يومي، إلى جانب ربط المركز بشبكة من الشركاء والمدربين والخبراء، مما أتاح تبادل الخبرات والمعارف وتوسيع نطاق البرامج المقدّمة للشباب في محافظات الجنوب.

وفي إطار هذه الجهود، كانت منصّة زين للإبداع (ZINC) قد نظّمت مؤخراً ورشة عمل تطبيقية متخصصة في أساسيات الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد، استهدفت 26 شاباً وشابة من محافظة معان ومحافظات الجنوب، وعُقدت على مدار يومين تدريبيين، حيث اطّلع المشاركون خلالها على مفاهيم التصميم والنمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد، وآليات تحويل الأفكار إلى نماذج ومجسّمات ملموسة باستخدام تقنيات الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد.

وأسهمت البرامج التي نُفّذت ضمن هذه الشراكة في تحقيق قصص نجاح لعدد من الشباب المستفيدين؛ حيث بدأ أحد الشباب مشاركاً في برامج التصوير الفوتوغرافي قبل أن يطوّر مهاراته ويصبح مصوراً محترفاً ومدرباً في المجال، ويحقق اليوم دخلاً مستداماً من عمله في التصوير، كما تمكن أحد الشباب المشاركين في البرامج التدريبية التي نُفّذت ضمن هذه الشراكة، من تطوير مهاراته في الروبوتات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، قبل أن يؤسس شركته التدريبية الخاصة التي تقدم خدمات احترافية في مجالات الروبوتات وتقنية المعلومات، في نموذج يعكس أثر الاستثمار في طاقات الشباب وتحويل مهاراتهم إلى فرص مهنية ومشاريع ريادية ناجحة.

يذكر بأن مركز قنطرة لتنمية الموارد البشرية تأسس عام 2012 في محافظة معان بمبادرة من مجموعة من شباب المحافظة، الذين يديرون عملياته ويشرفون على أنشطته منذ إنشائه، ونتيجةً لدوره الفاعل وتميّزه وتقديراً لجهوده في خدمة المجتمع، حصل المركز في العام 2017 على وسام الملك عبدالله الثاني للتميّز، كما تمكّن على مدار الأعوام الماضية من تقديم خدماته لعشرات الآلاف من الشباب في محافظات الجنوب، من خلال برامجه ومبادراته المتخصصة في تنمية المهارات والتمكين الاقتصادي وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية.

Zain Platform Continues Supporting Qantara Human Resources Development Center at Ma’an for the Fifth Consecutive Year

Ma’an, 13 May 2026: In line with its efforts to develop youth skills in the southern governorates and empower them in key fields of technology, creativity, and innovation, Zain Jordan, through its innovation platform Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC), has continued its support for “Qantara” Human Resources Development Center in Ma’an Governorate for the fifth consecutive year.

Since the launch of this partnership, it has contributed to the implementation of 58 specialized training programs and activities, benefiting more than 1,200 young men and women from Ma’an and various southern governorates. This comes as part of the joint efforts of both parties to build youth capacities, encourage entrepreneurship and creativity, enhance their economic and social participation, and develop their skills in key areas of technology and entrepreneurship.

Under this partnership, Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) has provided various forms of support to strengthen the center’s efforts in implementing high-quality programs and activities targeting youth in the southern governorates. These programs covered several fields, most notably robotics design and programming, graphic design, drawing, smart Arduino systems, and photography, in addition to many other technical and creative fields, contributing to developing youth skills and preparing them for the labor market.

This support has also contributed to sustaining Qantara’s innovation space, which welcomes young people on a daily basis, in addition to connecting the center with a network of partners, trainers, and experts. This has enabled the exchange of expertise and knowledge, while expanding the scope of programs offered to youth in the southern governorates.

As part of these efforts, Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) recently organized a specialized hands-on workshop on the fundamentals of 3D printing, targeting 26 young men and women from Ma’an and the southern governorates. Held over two training days, the workshop introduced participants to the concepts of 3D design and modeling, as well as methods of transforming ideas into tangible models and prototypes using 3D printing technologies.

The programs implemented through this partnership have also led to several success stories among beneficiaries. One young participant began by joining photography programs before developing his skills to become a professional photographer and trainer in the field, and today earns a sustainable income through his photography work. Another participant in the training programs developed his skills in robotics and information technology before establishing his own training company, providing professional services in robotics and IT fields, reflecting the impact of investing in youth potential and transforming their skills into career opportunities and successful entrepreneurial ventures.

It is worth mentioning that the Qantara Human Resources Development Center was established in 2012 in Ma’an Governorate through an initiative launched by a group of local youth, who have managed and supervised its operations and activities since its establishment. In recognition of its active role, excellence, and efforts in serving the community, the center received the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in 2017. Over the years, the center has also succeeded in serving tens of thousands of young people in the southern governorates through its specialized programs and initiatives in skills development, economic empowerment, and community engagement
