زين الاستدامة التزام راسخ بتحقيق أثر اجتماعي واقتصادي وبيئي مُستدام

عمّان، 4 كانون الثاني 2026: شهد عام 2025 مواصلة شركة زين الأردن جهودها الحثيثة بترسيخ نهج الاستدامة ضمن استراتيجيتها للأعوام 2020–2025 عبر إنجازات ملموسة ذات أثر ايجابي في قِطاعات الصحة والتعليم والبيئة والتنمية المجتمعية المُستدامة.

وكونها من أوائل الشركات الوطنية التي تبنّت الاستدامة ضمن استراتيجيتها؛ تُوّجت شركة زين الأردن بجائزة الاستدامة والمسؤولية المجتمعية العربية لعام 2025 عن فئة الشركات الكبرى، إذ جاء التتويج ثمرة باع طويل اعتمدت خلاله الشركة الاستدامة كركيزة أساسية في تخطيطها الاستراتيجي محوّلة  بذلك كافة برامجها ومُبادراتها إلى نموذج متكامل يُحتذى به.

فعلى صعيد الصحة؛ واصلت الشركة تقديم خدمات عيادتها الطبية المتنقلة المجانية للأطفال في مختلف مناطق ومحافظات المملكة وبالتعاون مع وزارة الصحة، ليصل عدد المستفيدين من خدماتها إلى أكثر من 259,000 مستفيد، كما جددت الشركة تعاونها مع الجامعة الأردنية والصندوق الأردني الهاشمي للتنمية البشرية (JOHUD) لتقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية عبر العيادة المتنقلة، بما يشمل زيارات ميدانية لدور المسنين، وأيام طبية مخصصة لطلبة الجامعة، حيث تم تقديم الكشف الطبي وصحة الأسنان والعلاجات الضرورية، بالإضافة إلى حملات التوعية الصحية.

كما شاركت العيادة في حملة طبية لفحص النظر في الأغوار الوسطى بالتعاون مع مؤسسة الأميرة عالية، ومؤسسة ((One Sight Essilor Luxottica وجمعية خدمات البصريات التطوعية (VOSH)، وجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية، وشركة ألفا للبصريات، حيث تم فحص 1,074 شخصاً وتوزيع نحو 1,000 نظارة طبية مجانية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم خدمات شاملة للأطفال شملت الكشف السريري وصحة الفم والأسنان وتحويل الحالات المزمنة للجهات الصحية المختصة.

وفي مضمار التعليم ودعم وتمكين الشباب؛ واصلت شركة زين الأردن وبالتعاون مع مؤسسة التدريب المهني وكلية التدريب المهني المتقدم والأونروا، طرح دوراتها التدريبية المجانية في مراكزها الستة للتدريب على صيانة الأجهزة الخلوية وصيانة أجهزة الألعاب الإلكترونية وتقنية الألياف الضوئية (الفايبر) والتي استفاد منها أكثر من 2,150 شابة وشاب ووصلت نسبة توظيف وتشغيل الخريجين منها إلى 60%، وذلك للمساهمة في تطوير مهارات الشباب الأردني لتسهيل دخولهم سوق العمل والمساهمة في توفير دخل مُستدام لهم، كما واصلت الشركة وللعام الخامس على التوالي إطلاق برنامج “المرأة في التكنولوجيا” اللذي يُعنى بتمكين طالبات الجامعات ممن يتخصّصن في مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا، والهندسة والرياضيات والابتكار الرقمي (STEM) لمُساندتهن في بناء مسيرة مهنية ناجحة لمجموعة واسعة من المهن المستقبلية، ليصل عدد المستفيدات من البرنامج حتى اليوم إلى 559 طالبة، وقدّمت زين دعمها وللعام الثامن عشر على التوالي لمؤسسة الآمال للتدريب ليصل عدد المستفيدين في كافة برامجها إلى 4,936 شابة وشاب من بينهم 1,395 طفل و3,441 من الشابات والشباب، و100 من كبار السن، كما استمرت الشركة بتقديم الدعم لصندوق الأمان لمستقبل الأيتام حيث استفاد من المنح المقدّمة حتى اليوم 170 شابة وشاب، كما قدّمت الشركة دعمها لمؤسسة (لوياك) من خلال المساهمة بترميم وإعادة تأهيل 7 مدارس في عدد من محافظات المملكة، إلى جانب دعمها لبرنامج التدريب العملي (مُستقبلك زين) الذي يوفّر فُرص تدريبية لطلبة الجامعات وحديثي التخرّج لتعزيز مهاراتهم العملية والوظيفية.

وعلى الصعيد البيئي ولتعزيز الغطاء الأخضر والتصدي لظاهرة تغير المناخ وحماية الموارد البيئية والحِفاظ على التنوع البيئي الذي تتمتع به المملكة؛ واصلت شركة زين الأردن خلال العام 2025 تنفيذ برامجها ومُبادراتها المتعددة، فاستكملت الشركة زراعة الأشجار الحُرجية والمُثمرة في عدّة مناطق ومحافظات مختلفة في المملكة ليتجاوز إجمالي عدد الأشجار التي تم زراعتها حتى الآن الـ 18,800 شجرة بالشراكة مع جهات وطنية تُعنى بحماية البيئة وتحسين جودة الهواء، وفي ذات السياق دعمت الشركة مشاريع ومبادرات زراعية تهدف إلى تمكين المزارعين الأقل حظاً اقتصادياً وتحسين سُبل العيش ومواجهة التصحر، حيث وصل عدد المزارعين المستفيدين إلى 58 مزارعاً خلال العام 2025، كما جدّدت الشركة تعاونها مع مؤسسة الأميرة عالية لدعم محمية المأوى للطبيعة والبرية، وذلك عبر توفير خدمة الإنترنت اللاسلكي مجاناً لزوار المحمية والمساهمة بتعزيز التجربة التفاعلية للزوار ودعم جهود حماية التنوع الحيوي ونشر الوعي البيئي.

وعلى المستوى التشغيلي وبما يضمن الحِفاظ على الأثر البيئي الإيجابي؛ واصلت شركة زين الأردن تطبيق إطار إدارة النفايات (Waste Management Framework) كجزء من التزامها بالتشغيل المسؤول وتقليل الأثر البيئي لعملياتها.

وفي سياق متصل، ولمواجهة تحديات التغيّر المناخي، كانت شركة زين الأردن من أوائل الشركات الوطنية التي أتمتت عملياتها وخفضت استخدامها للورق من خلال اعتماد العقود الإلكترونية والشاشات الرقمية، مما أسهم بتوفير أكثر من 2.5 مليون ورقة سنوياً والحفاظ على نحو 312 شجرة وتقليل انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون بحوالي 170,000 كغم وتوفير أكثر من 2.5 مليون لتر من المياه إلى جانب الحد من توليد نحو 12 طناً من النفايات الورقية حتى اليوم.

وفي مجال إدارة الموارد المائية، جدّدت الشركة للعام الثامن عشر على التوالي دعمها للمشروع الوطني لمراقبة نوعية المياه عن بُعد، وذلك عبر توفير حلول اتصال متقدمة لـ13 محطة رصد لتعزيز الإدارة المستدامة للمياه والمساهمة في حماية هذا المورد الحيوي على مستوى المملكة، كما نفذت الشركة وضمن تعاونها مع مشروع Project SEA خمس حملات لتنظيف جوف البحر الأحمر من المخلفات في خليج العقبة، إذ تم استخراج 380 كيلوغرام من النفايات.

ونفذت الشركة برامج متخصصة لبناء المهارات الخضراء (Green Skills) بالشراكة مع جهات معنية لتعزيز فُرص العمل المستدامة وربط المهارات بمتطلبات الاقتصاد الأخضر.

والتزاماً منها بتمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة؛ وسّعت الشركة مُبادراتها الخاصة بخدمات زبائنها من فئة الصُم عبر إعادة إطلاق (خط البسمة +) وتوفير خدمات الترجمة الفورية بلغة الإشارة عبر الأجهزة اللوحية بالتعاون مع الملكية الأردنية في مكاتبها.

وفي إطار  التنمية المجتمعية؛ واصلت الشركة دعم (خط الأسرة والطفل 110) كخدمة وطنية تُعنى بحماية الأطفال والأسرة لحمايتهم من العنف والإساءة، إلى جانب استكمالها لدعمها المتواصل لللاجئين؛ حيث جددت الشركة شراكتها مع المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين (UNHCR) ضمن مبادرة (الاتصال من أجل اللاجئين) لتمكينهم من إمكانية الوصول إلى الإنترنت كأداة أساسية للتعليم والتواصل والحصول على المعلومات وحماية البيانات وتوفير بيئة آمنة تعزز من اندماجهم الرقمي والاجتماعي.

وتعكس برامج ومُبادرات شركة زين الأردن في مجال إدارة الاستدامة، التزامها الراسخ بدورها الوطني كشريك فاعل في التنمية المستدامة ومواصلتها بتطوير نهجها ضمن رؤيتها الاستراتيجية للأعوام 2026–2030، لضمان استمرار تحقيق أثر اقتصادي واجتماعي وبيئي مُستدام على المدى الطويل.

Zain Sustainability: A Firm Commitment to Creating Lasting Social, Economic, and Environmental Impact

Amman, 4 January 2026: Throughout 2025, Zain Jordan continued to reinforce sustainability as a core pillar of its 2020–2025 corporate sustainability strategy, delivering tangible achievements with positive impact across health, education, environmental, and sustainable community development sectors.

As one of the first national companies to embed sustainability into its strategic framework, Zain Jordan was awarded the Arab Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Award 2025 in the Large Companies category. This recognition reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to sustainability as a fundamental component of its strategic planning, transforming its programs and initiatives into an integrated, best-practice model.

In the healthcare sector, Zain Jordan continued to provide free medical services through its free mobile medical clinic for children across various regions and governorates of the Kingdom, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health. The total number of beneficiaries exceeded 259,000 individuals. Zain also renewed its cooperation with the University of Jordan and Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD) to deliver healthcare services through the mobile clinic, including field visits to elderly care homes and dedicated medical days for university students. Services provided included medical check-ups, dental care, essential treatments, and health awareness campaigns.

The clinic also participated in a vision screening campaign in the Central Jordan Valley in cooperation with Princess Alia Foundation, One Sight Essilor Luxottica Foundation, the Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH), Jordan University of Science and Technology, and Alpha Optics. During the campaign, 1,074 individuals underwent eye examinations and approximately 1,000 free prescriptions of eyeglasses were distributed. In addition, comprehensive healthcare services were provided to children, including clinical examinations, oral and dental health services, and referrals of chronic cases to specialized healthcare providers.

In the field of education and youth empowerment, Zain Jordan continued, in cooperation with the Vocational Training Corporation, the College for Advanced Vocational Training, and UNRWA, to offer free training courses at its six training centers. These courses focused on mobile device maintenance, electronic gaming device maintenance, and fiber-optic technology, benefiting more than 2,150 young men and women, with an employment rate of 60% among graduates. These initiatives aim to enhance youth skills, facilitate their entry into the labor market, and support sustainable income generation.

For the fifth consecutive year, the company also launched its “Women in Technology” program, which supports female university students specializing in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and digital innovation (STEM), helping them build successful career paths in future-focused professions. To date, the program has benefited 559 female students.

Zain Jordan further continued its support, for the eighteenth consecutive year of Al Amal Association for Training, bringing the total number of beneficiaries across its programs to 4,936 individuals, including 1,395 children, 3,441 young men and women, and 100 senior citizens. The company also maintained its support for the Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans, through which 170 young men and women have benefited from scholarships to date. In addition, Zain supported LOYAC by contributing to the renovation and rehabilitation of seven schools across several governorates, alongside its support for the “Mustaqbalak Zain” internship program, which provides practical training opportunities for university students and recent graduates to enhance their professional and employability skills.

On the environmental front, and in line with efforts to expand green cover, combat climate change, protect natural resources, and preserve Jordan’s biodiversity, Zain Jordan continued implementing its environmental programs and initiatives throughout 2025. Zain completed the planting of forest trees in several regions and governorates, bringing the total number of trees planted to over 18,800, in partnership with national environmental organizations aimed at improving air quality.

In parallel, Zain supported agricultural projects and initiatives designed to empower economically disadvantaged farmers, improve livelihoods, and combat desertification, benefiting 58 farmers during 2025. Zain also renewed its cooperation with Princess Alia Foundation to support Al Ma’wa for Nature and Wildlife, by providing free wireless internet services to visitors, enhancing their interactive experience, supporting biodiversity conservation, and promoting environmental awareness.

At the operational level, and to ensure the preservation of positive environmental impact, Zain Jordan continued implementing its Waste Management Framework as part of its commitment to responsible operations and reducing the environmental footprint of its activities.

To address climate change challenges, Zain Jordan was among the first national companies to automate its processes and significantly reduce paper consumption by adopting electronic contracts and digital displays. These efforts have resulted in annual savings of more than 2.5 million sheets of paper, the preservation of approximately 312 trees, a reduction of around 170,000 kilograms of CO₂ emissions, savings of over 2.5 million liters of water, and the prevention of approximately 12 tons of paper waste to date.

In the area of water resource management, Zain renewed, for the eighteenth consecutive year, its support for the National Remote Water Quality Monitoring Project, by providing advanced connectivity solutions to 13 monitoring stations, contributing to sustainable water management and the protection of this vital national resource. Additionally, in cooperation with Project SEA, Zain implemented five marine cleanup campaigns in the Gulf of Aqaba, removing 380 kilograms of waste from the seabed.

Zain Jordan also implemented specialized programs focused on building green skills, in partnership with relevant stakeholders, to enhance sustainable employment opportunities and align workforce skills with the requirements of the green economy.

In line with its commitment to empowering persons with disabilities, the company expanded its customer service initiatives for the deaf community through the relaunch of (Al Basma +) line and by providing real-time sign language interpretation services via tablets, in cooperation with Royal Jordanian, at its customer service offices.

Within the framework of community development, Zain Jordan continued its support for the national Family and Child Hotline (110), which aims to protect children and families from violence and abuse. The company also sustained its support for refugees by renewing its partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) under the “Connectivity for Refugees” initiative, enabling refugees to access the internet as a vital tool for education, communication, access to information, data protection, and the creation of a safe environment that enhances their digital and social inclusion.
