عمّان، 17 كانون الأول 2025: حصدت شركة زين الأردن جائزة “بيئة العمل الشاملة للمرأة“Women Inclusive Work) ) المقدّمة من هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة (UN Women) ضمن الحفل السنوي لنهاية العام الذي أُقيم في فندق الشيراتون بالعاصمة عمّان، وذلك تقديراً لالتزامها المستمر بترسيخ بيئة عمل تتسم بالشمولية وتُعزّز مبادئ المساواة بين الجنسين.

ويأتي هذا التكريم تتويجاً لنهج شركة زين الأردن المؤسسي الذي يُدرج العدالة وتكافؤ الفرص، وتمكين المرأة في ثقافتها المؤسسية وممارساتها اليومية، وذلك عبر توفير بيئة عمل داعمة وشمولية تضمن المشاركة الفاعلة للمرأة وتُسلّط الضوء على حضورها وحقوقها في كافة المحافل والمجالات.

وتسلّمت الجائزة المدير التنفيذي لدائرة الموارد البشرية والشؤون الإدارية في شركة زين الأردن، منال الأسمر، حيث يجسّد هذا التكريم المكانة الريادية لشركة زين الأردن كنموذج مؤسسي يدمج المسؤولية المجتمعية في صميم استراتيجيته ويترجم التزامه بأهداف التنمية المستدامة إلى سياسات وممارسات ملموسة، لا سيما في مجال تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين وتمكين المرأة وبناء بيئة عمل شاملة تُتيح فرص النمو والتطور لكافة موظفيها وموظفاتها دون استثناء.

Amman, 17 December 2025: Zain Jordan has been awarded “Women-Inclusive Workplace” award by UN Women, in recognition of its ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment and advancing gender equality. The award was presented during UN Women’s annual end-of-year ceremony, held at Sheraton Hotel -Al Nabil Amman.

This recognition reflects Zain Jordan’s institutional approach to embedding equity, equal opportunity, and women’s empowerment at the core of its corporate culture and daily practices. Through creating a supportive and inclusive workplace, the company ensures the meaningful participation of women while highlighting their presence, rights, and contributions across all levels and functions.
