ترامب والدولة العميقة وكيفية إدارة المشهد القادم

إن إنتقال السلطة في الولايات المتحدة من رئيس ديمقراطي أقرب الى الدولة العميقة التي يصفها دوما الجمهوريين كون غالبيتهم رجال أعمال وأصحاب شركات ينظرون إلى السياسة كربح وخسارة بعيدا قليلا عن المؤسسية التي تقبع داخل الدولة الأمريكية ،لذلك كل رئيس جديد يأتي بجميع كوادره السياسية والإقتصادية التي ستساعده في إدارة الحكم ،ما عدا من يقبعون في مناصبهم مثل وزارة العدل والدفاع والأجهزة الأمنية الأخرى ومن هنا جاءت التسمية الدولة العميقة لما يمثلوه من تلك المؤسسات حيث فترة خدمتهم تكون أطول ، ليرون المشهد الأمريكي أوضح من الرئيس القادم وكوادره وينصب تركيزهم على أمن البلد والروابط الإجتماعية داخل المجتمع، والعلاقات الدولية التي تفرض الهيمنة والهيبة كشرطي المرور لحفظ مصالح الولايات المتحدة ،وهذا هو مصطلح وهمي.
إن قدوم الرئيس ترامب مع كوادره إلى البيت الأبيض سيكون لها إضافة للأمريكيبن والدول الرأسمالية من حيث أن هذا الرئيس بقي يراقب ويتابع قرارات الرئيس السابق بادين على مدار الأربعة سنوات الماضية الداخلية والخارجية،حيث كان إلتزام بايدن أكثر بمصطلح الدولة العميقة، فنشأ عن ذلك فشل إقتصادي ذريع،لذلك قدوم الرئيس ترامب الذي سينظر بمنظور آخر إلى إدارة شؤون الولايات المتحدة بعيدا عن منظور الدولة العميقة وخصوصا أنه من الجمهوريين من رجال الأعمال والذين يملكون مصالح تجارية ،فقرارات الرئيس الماضي من دعم حروب سابقة ستكون بنظر ترامب هي زيادة نفقات ضخمة لا مبرر لها وخصوصا أنها حروب بعيدة عن الولايات المتحدة.
فالمتوقع ان يقوم ترامب بإنهاء حرب أوكرانيا ويجري صفقة مع روسيا ،وحيث أن إيقاف حرب غزة لم تكن لولا تدخله المباشر بذلك ،حيث سيقدم مخطط إقتصادي من تقاربات إقليمية تصب في دعم إقتصاد الولايات المتحدة ،أما بالنسبة للصين فهذا الرئيس يريد تكاملية تصب في صالح الولايات المتحدة ،إذن نظرة الرئيس ترامب ستكون للعالم ربح وخسارة وإبرام صفقات رابحة ،وسيواجه صدامات مع الدولة العميقة الوهمية ،فالقفز عن المؤسسية في إبرام صفقات قد تجلب إقتصادا ونموا ملحوظا للأقتصاد الأمريكي المنهك،وهذا ما سيقوم به الرئيس ترامب فهو متحمس لرئاسته حيث سيصدر ويوقع مراسيم قرارات بالعشرات منذ اليوم الأول لينطلق من جديد لجعل أمريكا عظيمة،بدون حروب عبثية بل صفقات مع الدول الغنية والتي سيستفيد منها على حساب الدول الفقيرة وقضياها .

Trump and the Deep State, and how to manage the next seen?
The transition of power in the United States from a Democratic president is closer to the Deep State, which is always described by Republicans, because the majority of them are businessmen and company owners who view politics as a profit and loss a little away from the Institutional that lies inside the US, so every new president comes with all his political and economic cadres that will help him manage government, except those who are in their positions, such as the Ministry of Justice, Defense and other security agencies, hence the name Deep State for what they represent from those institutions, where their service period is longer, to see the US scene clearer than the next president and his cadres and their focus is on the security of the country and their links socialization within society، and international relations that impose hegemony and prestige as a traffic policeman to preserve the interests of the United States, this is a fictitious term.
The coming of President Trump with his cadres to the White House will have an addition for the Americans and capitalist countries in that this president has been watching and following the decisions of former President Biden over the past four years, both internal and external, as Biden’s commitment was more to the term Deep State, and this resulted in a catastrophic economic failure, so the coming of President Trump, who will take a different perspective on managing US affairs away from the perspective of the Deep State, especially because he is a Republican businessman and those with commercial interests, so the decisions of the past president to support previous wars will, in Trump’s view, be an increase in huge unjustified expenses, especially because they are wars far from the United States.
It is expected that Trump will end the Ukraine war and make a deal with Russia, and since stopping the Gaza war would not have been without his direct intervention in this, as he will present an economic blueprint of regional convergences that will support the US economy, as for China, this president wants complementarity that will benefit the United States, then President Trump’s view of the world will be for his presidency, where he will issue and sign decrees of dozens of decisions from the first day to start anew to make America Great, without futile wars, but deals with rich countries, from which he will benefit at the expense of poor countries and their issues .
