(عمّان، الأردن – 12 آب 2023): وقعت “طلبات” الأردن، المنصة الرائدة وشريك الحياة اليومي في مجال خدمات طلب وتوصيل الطعام ومواد البقالة في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، مؤخراً اتفاقية تعاون مع نادي سمو الأمير علي بن الحسين لذوي الإعاقة السمعية (الصم)  لإدماجهم في سوق العمل، من خلال فتح باب الفرص العادلة والمتكافئة والمجدية أمام المؤهلين منهم للانضمام لأسطول سائقيها.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة كجزء من استراتيجية الشركة التي  تنطوي على العديد من البرامج المتعلقة بالاستثمار في الكوادر الوطنية من مختلف الفئات، وهو ما يسهم في تحقيق التنوع في القوى العاملة وتعزيز الشمول في بيئة العمل والعملية التنموية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وبالتالي التخفيف من ضغوط البطالة بين الشباب، الأمر الذي تتبنى “طلبات” الأردن المساهمة في معالجته.

وفي تعليق لها حول الاتفاقية، أعربت المدير العام لشركة “طلبات” الأردن، هلا سراج، عن سعادتها بهذه الخطوة التي تعكس جهود “طلبات” الأردن لتكون جزءاً أصيلاً من عملية تغيير إيجابية، ليس فقط في ما يتعلق بتغيير خدمات طلب وتوصيل الطعام ومواد البقالة الأساسية، بل فيما يتعلق أيضاً بالاستفادة من نطاق أشمل من الموارد البشرية التي لم تتوافر لها الفرص، وتغيير واقعها وكسر الحواجز التي تعترضها، بتهيئة وتأمين فرص العمل وسبل العيش لها، بما يمكنها من بلوغ أقصى إمكاناتها، وذلك بالاستفادة من نموذج عمل الشركة الذكي القائم على التكنولوجيا.

ومن جانبه، قال نائب رئيس نادي سمو الأمير علي بن الحسين لذوي الإعاقة السمعية، فيصل الصوص، أن هذا التعاون الذي يهدف لخدمة ذوي الإعاقة السمعية بتوفير المشاريع والمبادرات المتنوعة والتي تساعد في رفع مستوى جودة حياتهم في مختلف جوانبها بما فيها المهنية، يعد خطوة على الطريق الصحيح لبناء بيئات عمل ومجتمعات محلية إيجابية تتجاوز الفروق الفردية وتسودها قيم التنوع والدمج الفعال نحو التشغيل، وهو ما يتماشى مع أهم أهداف رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي الرامية لزيادة النمو الاقتصادي عبر زيادة فرص العمل وتحسين معيشة الأردنيين دون تمييز، إلى جانب توفير البرامج المتكاملة لخدمة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
