عمّان، 23 آب 2026: أطلقت شركة زين الأردن، بالتعاون مع شركة IrisGuard العالمية الرائدة في تقنيات بصمة العين؛ خدمة EyeKYC® للتحقق من هوية المشتركين باستخدام تقنية التعرّف على قزحية العين، لتكون أول مشغّل اتصالات في العالم يعتمد هذه التقنية ضمن رحلة توثيق بيانات المشتركين.

ويأتي إطلاق هذه الخدمة امتداداً لجهود زين المتواصلة في تبنّي أحدث التقنيات، وترسيخاً لنهجها القائم على الريادة والمبادرة في تطبيق الحلول الرقمية المبتكرة، بما يسهم في تطوير قطاع الاتصالات في المملكة، وإعادة تصميم تجربة المشتركين، وتبسيط إجراءات الاشتراك وتفعيل الخدمات في معارض زين.

وتتيح خدمة EyeKYC® التحقق من هوية المشترك من خلال مسح قزحية العين باستخدام جهاز بيومتري معتمد، حيث تتم مطابقة القزحية مع سجلات الهوية الوطنية الموجودة لدى وزارة الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة عبر نظام EyeCloud® وبعد إتمام عملية التحقق، يتم استرجاع بيانات المشترك المسجلة مسبقاً واستخدامها آلياً لاستكمال إجراءات التوثيق وتفعيل الخدمة، دون الحاجة إلى إدخال البيانات يدوياً.

وتسهم الخدمة في تبسيط رحلة توثيق بيانات المشتركين داخل معارض زين وتسريعها، من خلال التكامل بين نظام زين وتكنولوجيا بصمة العين من IrisGuard, لضمان دقة، وموثوقية، وسرعة خدمة العميل، بما يوفر تجربة أكثر سرعة وسلاسة وأماناً. كما تتيح التحقق من الهوية في الوقت الفعلي والتكامل مع الأنظمة الرقمية القائمة، بما يعكس توجّه زين المستمر نحو توظيف التكنولوجيا والابتكار للارتقاء بتجربة مشتركيها.

وأكدت زين أن إطلاق خدمة EyeKYC® يمثّل محطة جديدة ضمن مسيرة متواصلة من المبادرات التي رسّخت مكانتها كإحدى الشركات السباقة في تبنّي التقنيات الحديثة وتطبيقها في قطاع الاتصالات، وتشمل هذه المبادرات ريادتها في تطبيق التوقيع الإلكتروني لأول مرة في قطاع الاتصالات في الأردن، وتعميم حلول التحقق الإلكتروني من الهوية (eKYC) عبر مختلف قنواتها، وإتاحة تفعيل خطوط المشتركين رقمياً من خلال رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR Code) عبر تطبيق سند، إلى جانب العديد من الحلول الرقمية والتقنيات المبتكرة التي أسهمت في تبسيط رحلة المشترك وتعزيز كفاءة الخدمات.

Amman, August 23^rd, 2026: Zain Jordan, in partnership with IrisGuard, a global leader in iris-recognition technology, has launched EyeKYC, an innovative identity-verification service that enables customers to register their SIM cards using iris recognition. With this launch, Zain Jordan becomes the first telecommunications operator in the world to adopt iris-recognition technology as part of its customer identity-verification journey.

The launch builds on Zain Jordan’s continued commitment to adopting cutting-edge technologies and advancing its strategy of pioneering innovative digital solutions. The new service contributes to the development of Jordan’s telecommunications sector while transforming the customer experience by simplifying registration and service activation processes across Zain’s stores.

EyeKYC enables customers to verify their identity by scanning their iris using an approved biometric device. The iris data is matched against national identity records held by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship through IrisGuard’s EyeCloud platform. Once verification is successfully completed, the customer’s previously registered information is retrieved automatically and used to complete the identification and service-activation process, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

The service significantly streamlines and accelerates customer identity verification at Zain shops through seamless integration between Zain’s systems and IrisGuard’s iris-recognition technology. This integration is designed to deliver greater accuracy, reliability, speed, and security, while providing customers with a smoother and more convenient experience. EyeKYC also enables real-time identity verification and integration with existing digital systems, reflecting Zain Jordan’s ongoing focus on leveraging technology and innovation to enhance customer journey.
