عمّان، 20 نيسان 2026: ضمن جهودها المتواصلة لتمكين الشباب الأردني اقتصادياً وتعزيز جاهزيتهم لدخول سوق العمل للمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المُستدامة؛ أعلنت شركة زين الأردن وبالتعاون مع مؤسسة التدريب المهني وكلية التدريب المهني المتقدّم ووكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين (الأونروا)، عن إطلاق دوراتها التدريبية المجانية الجديدة والمتخصصة في صيانة الأجهزة الخلوية وأجهزة الألعاب الإلكترونية، والتي ستعقد في مراكز زين الستة المنتشرة في عدد من محافظات المملكة.

ويأتي إطلاق هذه الدورات التدريبية التي تواصل الشركة تنفيذها منذ 19 عاماً في إطار استراتيجية شركة زين الأردن الهادفة إلى المساهمة في خفض معدلات البطالة عبر إمداد الشباب والشابات بالمهارات التقنية والمهنية اللازمة وتأهيلهم للانخراط بفعالية في سوق العمل وإعداد كفاءات وطنية قادرة على دعم مسيرة التنمية وتعزيز الاقتصاد الوطني،  كما تأتي هذه الدورات التدريبية في إطار التزام شركة زين الأردن بتعزيز مبادئ الاقتصاد الدائري حيث تركز على تمكين الشباب والشابات من اكتساب مهارات صيانة الأجهزة الخلوية بما يسهم في إطالة العمر التشغيلي للأجهزة من خلال إصلاحها وإعادة استخدامها بدلاً من التخلص منها ,وذلك للمساهمة في الحد من النفايات الإلكترونية وتقليل الحاجة لشراء أجهزة جديدة للمحافظة على البيئة وتعزيز استخدام المستدام للموارد.

كما تندرج هذه الدورات ضمن جهود الشركة لتقليص الفجوة بين مخرجات التعليم ومتطلبات سوق العمل، من خلال تقديم تدريبات تطبيقية تركّز على المهارات الرقمية والتقنية الحديثة، وتمكين المشاركين من بناء مسارات مهنية مستدامة تتيح لهم تحقيق الاستقرار وتأمين مستقبلهم.

وتُعقد الدورات في مراكز زين المنتشرة في محافظات الزرقاء والطفيلة والكرك والسلط وإربد في كلية التدريب المهني المتقدّم، بالإضافة إلى الدورة المخصصة لللاجئين الفلسطينين والتي تعقد في مركز زين بكلية تدريب وادي السير (الأونروا)، وتمتد فترة التدريب لغاية 6 أشهر بواقع 700 ساعة تدريبية تجمع بين الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي تحت إشراف نخبة من الخبراء والمدربين المختصين ما يتيح للمشاركين اكتساب مهارات متقدمة تؤهلهم لدخول سوق العمل أو إطلاق مشاريعهم الخاصة.

وسيحصل الخريجون على شهادات مزاولة مهنة معتمدة تمنحهم فرص وظيفية مباشرة بعد التخرّج، فيما تعمل شركة زين على ربطهم مع الشركات العاملة في قطاع صيانة الأجهزة الخلوية وأجهزة الألعاب الإلكترونية وتوفّر الشركة دعماً إضافياً يشمل بدل مواصلات للمتدربين، إلى جانب تزويدهم بالأدوات والمعدات اللازمة بعد انتهاء فترة التدريب.

وشهدت الدورات الجديدة إقبالاً واسعاً من قِبل الشباب والشابات، الأمر الذي يعكس الاهتمام المتزايد بالمهارات التقنية والمهنية التي تواكب متطلبات سوق العمل، حيث تجاوز عدد المستفيدين من برامج زين التدريبية المجانية حتى اليوم 2200 شاب وشابة في مختلف محافظات المملكة، فيما بلغ عدد خريجي الدفعات السابقة 56 شاباً وشابة. وكانت شركة زين الأردن قد أعلنت عبر حساباتها الرسمية على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي عن فتح باب التسجيل في هذه الدورات المجانية، من خلال زيارة أحد مراكزها في مؤسسة التدريب المهني في كل من الزرقاء وإربد والطفيلة والكرك والسلط، بالإضافة إلى مركز زين في كلية تدريب وادي السير (الأونروا) المخصص لدورات اللاجئين الفلسطينيين.

Amman 20^th April, 2026: As part of its ongoing efforts to economically empower Jordanian youth and enhance their readiness to enter the labor market in support of sustainable development, Zain Jordan has announced the launch of a new cycle of its specialized free training programs in mobile and gaming device maintenance. The initiative is implemented in collaboration with the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC), the Advanced Vocational Training College, and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and will be delivered across Zain’s six training centers located in several governorates across the Kingdom.

These programs, which Zain has been implementing continuously for 19 years, align with the company’s strategy to contribute to reducing unemployment rates by equipping young men and women with essential technical and vocational skills. The initiative aims to prepare a qualified workforce capable of actively participating in the labor market, supporting national development, and contributing to economic growth. In addition, the programs reflect Zain’s commitment to promoting circular economy principles by enabling participants to develop repair skills that extend the lifecycle of mobile devices through maintenance and reuse, ultimately reducing electronic waste and minimizing the need for new device consumption.

The training programs also form part of Zain’s efforts to bridge the gap between education outcomes and labor market needs. By offering hands-on, practical training focused on modern digital and technical skills, the initiative empowers participants to build sustainable career paths and achieve long-term professional stability.

The programs will be held at Zain training centers in Zarqa, Tafileh, Karak, Salt, and Irbid at the Advanced Vocational Training College, in addition to a dedicated program for Palestinian refugees hosted at the Zain center at Wadi Al-Seer Training College (UNRWA). The training extends over a period of up to six months, totaling 700 hours of combined theoretical and practical instruction, delivered under the supervision of experienced trainers and industry experts. This comprehensive approach ensures participants gain advanced, market-relevant skills that qualify them for employment or to start their own businesses.

Upon completion, graduates will receive accredited professional certification, enhancing their employment prospects. Zain will also support graduates by connecting them with companies operating in the mobile and gaming device maintenance sector. Additional support includes transportation allowances during the training period, as well as providing participants with essential tools and equipment upon graduation.

The new training cycle has witnessed strong interest from young men and women, reflecting the growing demand for technical and vocational skills aligned with evolving labor market needs. To date, more than 2,200 young individuals across Jordan have benefited from Zain’s free training programs, while 56 participants have graduated from previous cohorts.
