Renews Partnership with Jordan River Foundation
and Continues Support for the 110 Family and Child Helpline

Amman, July 6th, 2025 – Zain Jordan has renewed its partnership with Jordan River Foundation (JRF), reinforcing its active role in empowering local communities — especially women and children — and strengthening collaboration in the field of community service across all governorates of the Kingdom.
This renewed partnership stems from Zain’s belief in Jordan River Foundation’s efforts to help individuals face economic and social challenges, reaffirming the company’s commitment to supporting the Foundation’s initiatives, particularly the Child Safety Program.
Under the renewed agreement, Zain will continue to provide exclusive telecom and internet services to all child and family protection programs and initiatives run by the Foundation. Zain also maintains its ongoing support for the 110 Family and Child Helpline, which offers free referral and support services to protect children and families from all forms of abuse. Additionally, Zain provides specialized training for the educational counselors who manage the helpline, enhancing their skills and enabling them to respond effectively to child abuse cases.
This year, Zain launched two awareness campaigns to promote the helpline’s services: the first through its official social media channels, and the second via targeted SMS messages to its subscribers — both aimed at raising public awareness about the helpline and how to access its services. Zain also delivered two training sessions for the JRF team: one focused on digital transformation, and the other on mental health, to ensure the continuous improvement of service quality.
This agreement extends a partnership that has lasted for more than 10 years, reflecting the shared commitment of Zain and Jordan River Foundation to social responsibility and humanitarian work, in pursuit of a safe and supportive environment for children and families throughout Jordan.

عمّان، 6 تموز 2025: جدّدت شركة زين الأردن اتفاقية الشراكة التي تجمعها منذ عدّة أعوام مع مؤسسة نهر الأردن، مواصَلةً لدورها الفاعل في تمكين المجتمع المحلي، لا سيّما النساء والأطفال، وتعزيزاً لأواصر التعاون في مجال الخدمة المجتمعية في كافة محافظات المملكة.
وجاء تجديد الشراكة إيماناً من زين بجهود مؤسسة نهر الأردن في تمكين أفراد المجتمع من مواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، مؤكدةً التزامها بتقديم كافة أوجه الدعم لبرامج المؤسسة، وخاصةً برنامج حماية الطفل.
وبموجب الاتفاقية، تواصل زين تقديم خدمات الاتصالات والإنترنت الحصرية لكافة البرامج والمشاريع الخاصة بحماية الطفل والأسرة، إلى جانب دعمها المستمر لخط 110 للأسرة والطفل التابع للمؤسسة، والذي يوفر خدمات دعم وإحالة مجانية لحماية الأطفال والأسر من جميع أشكال الإساءة، كما تعمل زين على تقديم تدريبات نوعية للمرشدين التربويين العاملين على الخط لتعزيز مهاراتهم وتمكينهم من التعامل مع حالات العنف ضد الأطفال.
كما أطلقت زين هذا العام حملتين توعويتين للتعريف بخدمات الخط، الأولى عبر صفحاتها الرسمية على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، والثانية من خلال رسائل نصية موجّهة إلى مشتركيها، بهدف رفع الوعي المجتمعي بالخدمات التي يقدمها الخط وآليات الوصول إليه، كما قدّمت زين دورتين تدريبيتين متخصصتين لفريق المؤسسة، تناولت الأولى التحول الرقمي، فيما ركّزت الثانية على الصحة النفسية، وذلك لضمان جودة الخدمات المقدمة.
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية امتداداً لشراكة مستمرة لأكثر من 10 أعوام، بين زين ومؤسسة نهر الأردن، تعكس التزام الطرفين بقيم المسؤولية المجتمعية والعمل الإنساني، سعياً لتحقيق بيئة آمنة وداعمة للأطفال والأسر في مختلف أنحاء المملكة.
